VITA Site Coordinator
Part Time, Seasonal, Hybrid ($22 - $24/hr.)
The VITA Site Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing coordination, organization, and supervision in all aspects of site operations under the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, sponsored by SimplifyCT. The VITA Site Coordinator will provide income tax preparation services to the community at large and supervise volunteers at their assigned locations.
Client Success Coordinator
Part Time, Seasonal, Hybrid ($22 - $24/hr.)
The Client Success Coordinator assists in the day to day programmatic operations of SCT’s Call Center and Triage Support Operations. The Coordinator assists customers and/or volunteers with tax filing guidance, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with other services.
Client Success Advocate
Part-time, Seasonal, Remote ($18 - $23/hr.)
The Client Success Advocate is responsible for providing support across all of SimplifyCT’s programs. This position assists customers and/or volunteers with tax filing guidance, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with other services. Additionally, they provide general support in all triage operations through SimplifyCT’s Virtual Tax Preparation Offerings.
