It is my pleasure to advise you on my recent experience of having my taxes done remotely by VITA. From start to finish, VITA streamlines the process as if you are sitting in front of them. I am extremely grateful for your tax service and especially grateful for these services.

Getting relief funds quickly and efficiently into the hands of Connecticut residents who need it the most is at the core of the mission of 4-CT’s pandemic response. The Virtual VITA project is a perfect embodiment of that. We are incredibly proud of the impact that this project has had during the past six months and believe that the Virtual VITA platform will continue to increase access to tax preparation services and benefits for under-served populations well beyond the pandemic.

SimplifyCT was so helpful to get the things I need. Filing my taxes for free stopped me from living from paycheck to check. It helped alleviate the stress of having to budget so carefully.

The refund check I got helped me take care of my kids, and household and buy extra things that I need for them. The service was great.

We were having trouble trying to file our taxes and it was hard, then we found SimplifyCT. If the people weren’t so nice and patient with us we never would have filed. The tax credit money was a blessing from God. Sometimes food is expensive and I used the money to buy food.

It enabled me to feel more secure providing for my daughter. Taxes are really high in CT and when you are not bringing in 70K or higher, it's difficult to make the money stretch. I really appreciate that there is a non-profit that is helping us who are struggling to file our taxes. I have become lower income after my divorce and it feels good to be helped by this organization.

The refund was really need, I'm struggling bad. I am very appreciative of the free service!

My wife got an operation so I was the only one working so things got hard financially. I used all the refund money to feed my 8 year old son. SimplifyCT helped us a lot.
