Juan Berrios is the Executive Director for SimplifyCT. A dynamic and motivated professional individual with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing educational strategies, and coaching individuals to success.
Juan is skilled in Administration, Management, Social Media, Volunteer Management, Public Speaking, building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. He is an adaptable and transformational leader with an ability to work independently, creating effective presentations and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.
Prior to joining SimplifyCT, Juan was the Assistant Director of Operations for HRA of New Britain, an organization where he held leadership positions for over 14 years.
Juan is a multi-year volunteer in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and is multi-certified by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in VITA Site Coordination, and VITA Volunteer Basic, Advanced, Military, and Health Savings Accounts Programing.
